Transportation for medical appointments (please call 24 hours in advance) is available Monday - Friday for appointments made between 9:30 AM – 11 AM and 1:30 PM – 3 PM.
The fee for this service is $15.00 round trip, $7.50 one way. Cost will be charged to your Shell Point account.
You must make your doctor's appointment Monday - Friday, from 9:30-11:00 a.m., or from 1:30-3:00 p.m.
